A week ago, in the early hours of June 13, Israel launched unprovoked attacks on Iran, killing a number of civilians in their homes.
Since then, more than 300 civilians have been killed, many residential buildings have been destroyed, and thousands of people have been displaced as Israel’s attacks continue and threats to attack Tehran persist.
During this time, Israel has violently attacked aid workers, Farabi Hospital in Kermanshah, the Red Crescent building, and many other civilian centers.
Israel has cited neutralizing Iran’s access to nuclear weapons as its reason for attacking Iran, targeting the Natanz, Arak, and Isfahan nuclear facilities.
However, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency, there is no evidence showing that Iran was close to making a nuclear weapon. Even the Intelligence Service of the United States found no evidence indicating that Iran was misusing nuclear energy.
Iran has always said it is not seeking war and has no intention of escalating the conflict. However, it reserves its right to defend itself and will respond to any attack by Israel, immediately and proportionally.
