According to the Persian edition of Tasnim, the Deputy Governor of Isfahan for Security and Law Enforcement, speaking in Isfahan about the aggression against the nuclear facilities in Isfahan and Natanz, stated: “No leakage or contamination has resulted from this attack.”
He reassured the public that there is no cause for concern, emphasizing: “No radiation has been detected at the Isfahan and Natanz facilities.”
The Deputy Governor, referring to a statement by the National Nuclear Safety Center following the criminal U.S. attack on the Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear sites, which violates international laws including the NPT and other international regulations related to nuclear safety and security, said: “The center immediately conducted necessary assessments regarding the potential release of nuclear contamination around the mentioned sites.”
He added: “Based on the measures taken, prior planning, and data recorded by radiation detection systems, no signs of contamination have been detected; therefore, there is no danger threatening residents near the aforementioned sites.”
