Rafael Grossi, Director General of the IAEA, in an interview with Face the Nation from Channel CBS in the United States, said that there is no evidence indicating Iran has nuclear weapons. He clearly said, “I say it clearly, Iran does not have nuclear weapons.”
Grossi, however, said that the only everlasting solution to address the issue of the nuclear program in Iran is to continue negotiations and hold diplomatic interactions. He said the parties must not retreat from the path of talks.
Grossi added that the continuation of Iran’s collaboration with the agency is very significant, and the world must try to maintain this framework of agreements and reduce tensions.
