On Saturday, U.S. President Donald Trump said that Iran has not agreed to inspections related to its nuclear program or to ceasing uranium enrichment.

According to Reuters, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One en route from New Jersey to Washington, Trump claimed that Iran’s nuclear program has been permanently set back but suggested that Iran might resume it elsewhere.
Trump also noted that he plans to discuss the Iran issue with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the latter’s visit to the White House on Monday.
In another part of his remarks, Trump expressed disappointment with a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, stating that he saw no evidence of Putin’s intent to end the war in Ukraine.
Trump further said he discussed sanctions with Putin, claiming that his Russian counterpart was “concerned” about them.
Regarding Gaza, the U.S. President indicated that a ceasefire might be established this week but noted that he had not received updates on the current status of negotiations.
Commenting on Hamas’s positive response to ceasefire and prisoner exchange proposals, Trump said, “That’s good.”
