Hikmet Hajiyev offered condolences for the martyrdom of Iranian citizens, especially senior commanders and scientists, and condemned the Zionist regime’s attack on Iranian territory.
During the conversation, the two officials stressed the need to accelerate the implementation of agreements previously reached between the presidents of the two countries.
It was also agreed to follow up on arrangements for the visit of Ali Akbar Ahmadian, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, to Azerbaijan—including addressing issues related to Iranian students studying in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
