The operational phase of the “Sustainable Power 1404” missile exercise of the Iranian Army Navy will begin on Thursday.
The drill will be conducted for two days with the participation of surface and subsurface vessels, aerial units, coastal-to-sea missile sites, sea-based missile sites, and electronic warfare units in the northern Indian Ocean and the Sea of Oman.
Rear Admiral Abbas Hassani, a spokesman for the army navy, said that the exercise aims to enhance combat readiness, boost public confidence, improve operational planning, command and control capabilities, and strengthen deterrence, all leveraging domestic expertise.
