Avash News – The winners were announced at the end of the ceremony. In the international section, the Hungarian film Lesson Learned, directed by Bálint Szimler, won the award for Best Film. The award for Best Director went to Martin Pavol Repka of the Czech Republic for March to May.
The award for Best Screenplay was presented to Elena Kislova and Andrey Konchalovsky for Look at Me, directed by Vladimir Grammatikov of Russia.
The Jury Prize was awarded to River Returns by Japanese director Masakazu Kaneko. In the Artistic Achievement category, Ahmad Malek was honored for his leading role in Scent of My Father. In the Perspectives section, the Jury Prize went to Riverston from Sri Lanka, directed by Lalith Rathnayake.
Iranian director and author Reza Mirkarimi, and Iranian photographer Alfered Yaghoubzadeh, were also commemorated during the closing ceremony.
