“Factual knowledge matters,” Araghchi wrote in a message on his X account on Thursday night.
“Case 1: Iran’s proposal to ensure NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS was dismissed because U.S. counterparts didn’t grasp the technical details,” he added.
“Case 2: Americans won’t ‘make money’ from surging oil prices and tariffs. They enrich corporations and crush households,” he noted.
This is while, US President Donald Trump had claimed, “The United States is the largest Oil Producer in the World, by far, so when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money.”
