Avash News: Araghchi said he had elaborated on the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the practical and executive framework for permanently ending the war against Iran.
Araghchi said it remains to be seen whether the United States is truly determined to advance diplomacy.
Iran’s foreign minister wrote in a post on Friday evening on his X account: “I embark on a trip to Islamabad, Muscat, and Moscow. The visits aim to create close cooperation with our partners on issues of mutual interest and to hold consultations on regional developments. Our neighbors are our priority.”
During his short visit to Pakistan, Araghchi met Asim Munir, Pakistan’s chief of army staff; Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s foreign minister; and Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan’s prime minister.
The foreign minister arrived in Muscat at the head of a diplomatic delegation on Saturday night.
