Avash News: Iran’s President, Masoud Pezeshkian, extended his congratulations on International Labor Day in a message on X, describing labor as a noble profession.
He said:
“I worked as a laborer in my youth. I have earned my living through this honorable work, and I am proud of it. I know that being a laborer means nobility, patience, honor, resilience in the face of difficulties, and building a better future for our loved ones. As I had promised, I ordered the abolition of contract companies.”
Workers have historically held a noble status in Iran, and Iranians respect them, as they work hard both to earn their livelihood and to contribute to economic growth.
