Ahead of the sixth round of indirect negotiations between Washington and Tehran, Mikhail Ivanovich Ulyanov, Russia’s Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, criticized the International Atomic Energy Agency’s draft resolution on Iran’s nuclear program, calling it “bad” and “unfair.”
Ulyanov wrote:
“E3 and the US tabled in the #IAEA BoG a draft resolution on the Iranian nuclear programme. It is very bad and unfair. If adopted, this resolution will further deteriorate the current situation.”
