Minab — Makan Nasiri, 7, was among the victims of the U.S. missile strike on an elementary school in Minab. His body was never recovered; the only trace left of him was a single sneaker.

Avash News: A reporter of Avash News, who is in Minab, has taken a photo of Makan Nasiri’s symbolic burial site.

On February 28 — the same day the United States and Israel launched a war against Iran — Shajareyeh Tayyebeh School was struck by three American Tomahawk missiles. The attack killed 168 people, including 120 children between the ages of 7 and 12.

Makan was the only child from whom no remains were found.

To honor his memory, a symbolic grave has been created at the Golzar of Martyrs — a tribute to a joyful young boy whose life was lost in a devastating war.
