AVASH NEWS: Speaking at a meeting hosted by Iran’s Judiciary Supreme Council, Pezeshkian emphasized that justice is the most important foundation for safeguarding the governing system and protecting people’s livelihoods.
Pezeshkian said that the main battlefield facing Iran is the economic war.
Referring to the path of diplomacy and the agreements reached so far, Pezeshkian said that some individuals raise points that lack any valid basis, and that sometimes the government chooses not to respond because many of these remarks are far from reality.
Pezeshkian said the reality is that Iran has not retreated from its rights, principles, national interests, revolutionary values, and beliefs in any of the fourteen-point proposals.
“Not only have no concessions been made against the country’s interests, but the vast majority of these achievements have also been in favor of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In fact, none of the provisions can be found to be unilaterally in favor of the United States.”
“We will defend our country and the nation’s interests until our last breath, and we have no doubt about this path. However, we must also be realistic and accept the natural consequences that follow from it.”
“When we decide to stand against the enemy and resist, we must also accept the consequences that flow from it. It cannot be expected that the country will face no difficulties during a war.”
