Pezeshkian will participate in a two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
Habibollah Abbasi, head of the presidential Public Relations, told IRNA that Pezeshkian will deliver a speech at the SCO summit and engage in bilateral meetings with leaders and senior officials from SCO member and partner countries.
Pezeshkian will also attend the official opening ceremony of the sixth World Nomad Games, scheduled for August 31 to September 6, 2026, in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the SCO Secretariat, the 26th Summit of the Heads of State of the SCO will be held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on September 1.
