Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), emphasized in an interview with CNN that there is no evidence of an organized effort by Iran to build nuclear weapons.

According to Asr-e Iran Persian section, CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour shared part of her interview with Grossi on social media platform X. The IAEA Director General stated:
“We have had no evidence of a systematic effort by Iran to acquire nuclear weapons.”

While Grossi says that there is no evidence of Iran trying to achieve a nuclear bomb, Israel has mentioned it as one of its reasons for unprovokedly attacking Iran.
Israel launched missile attacks on Iran on June 13. It has attacked many civilian buildings so far, killing dozens of innocent citizens, including women and children.
