Following the savage attacks by the Zionist enemy in recent days, the nuclear sites of Iran in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan were targeted this morning in a barbaric act, violating international law, particularly the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

According to the Persian edition of Tasnim, the statement, issued after the interventionist and aggressive U.S. action in collaboration with the Zionist regime in attacking Iran, reads: “Following the savage attacks by the Zionist enemy in recent days, the nuclear sites of Iran in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan were targeted this morning in a barbaric act, violating international law, particularly the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).”

The organization added: “This act, contrary to international law, was unfortunately carried out amid the indifference, if not complicity, of the International Atomic Energy Agency.”

The statement continues: “The American enemy, through social media statements by its president, has claimed responsibility for the attack on the aforementioned sites, which are under continuous IAEA monitoring in accordance with the Safeguards Agreement and the NPT.”

It is expected that the international community, while condemning these lawless acts based on the law of the jungle, will support Iran in asserting its legitimate rights.

The statement emphasized: “The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran assures the great Iranian nation that, despite the malicious plots of the enemies, it will not allow the development of this national industry, achieved through the blood of nuclear martyrs, to be halted, thanks to the dedication of thousands of revolutionary and motivated scientists and experts.”

The organization has placed necessary actions, including legal pursuits, on its agenda to defend the rights of the noble Iranian nation.
