According to a statement on the presidential website, he left the United States early Saturday, concluding a four-day visit.
He addressed world leaders at the UNGA on Wednesday, outlining Iran’s policies.
During his stay, he held separate meetings with several heads of state, including the presidents of France, Switzerland, Finland, Bolivia, and Iraq, as well as the prime minister of Norway and the crown prince of Kuwait.
He also met with the UN secretary-general and the chairperson of the Council of the European Union. In addition, the president held talks with Iranian expatriates in the US, members of American think tanks, and anti-war activists. He gave exclusive interviews to several media outlets as well.
