Avash News: President Masoud Pezeshkian, in a televised interview at the end of his trip to West Azarbaijan Province, stated that several meetings were held with experts, politicians, and cultural figures of the province. “Our discussions mainly focused on unity, empathy, and cohesion among different groups and communities. West Azarbaijan is a rainbow of ethnicities and religions that, over time, has achieved a significant degree of peaceful coexistence and harmony,” he said.
He added: “People who live here are more capable of accepting diverse opinions and lifestyles and coexisting peacefully.”
The President stated: “Those sitting abroad who spread despair and make senseless remarks are sellouts who stand behind Israel — the same regime that bombs the beloved people of Iran and massacres civilians in Gaza — while pretending to care about Iran’s rights. They should be ashamed of themselves and stop pretending to be concerned for this nation.”
Pezeshkian added: “No Iranian will ever accept even an inch of this land being invaded by foreigners. During those twelve days of war, even people we may have treated unfairly — or those who may have grievances against us, even prisoners — expressed their loyalty to Iran and its territorial integrity, defended the Leader and the Revolution, and condemned the aggression. We are deeply grateful to these people.”
