Iran-China relations will not be affected by America’s mischief, Ambassador Zhong Peiwu told reporters during a visit to economic zones in the northern Iranian city of Astara on Sunday, stressing that Tehran and Beijing were committed to continuing to work together with strength and confidence.
He said that China does not accept the unreasonable pressure imposed by the United States and will demonstrate its opposition through action.
Zhong emphasized that US unilateral sanctions will not be able to harm relations between the two “friendly countries.”
