Avash News: Pirhossein Kolivand said in a televised interview that 125,630 civilian units across Iran have been damaged during recent attacks, including 100,000 residential properties. He said many were fully destroyed, while others sustained partial damage, with documentation submitted to international bodies.
He added that 23,500 commercial units and 339 medical facilities—including hospitals, pharmacies, and emergency centers—were also hit, with some temporarily going out of service before resuming operations.
Kolivand said multiple hospitals and rehabilitation centers were damaged in strikes, alongside universities, schools, Red Crescent facilities, and welfare centers. In total, 32 universities and around 857 educational institutions were affected, along with 20 Red Crescent branches and logistics sites.
He also reported damage to infrastructure, including fuel depots, airports, civilian aircraft, rescue vehicles, and ambulances, some of which were struck during emergency operations.
According to Kolivand, 1.6 million volunteers joined the Red Crescent during the conflict, bringing the total to about four million.
He said Iran has pursued legal and international follow-up through the International Criminal Court and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding alleged violations of humanitarian law, adding that submitted documentation was acknowledged by relevant bodies.
Kolivand reiterated that Iran has not requested aid from any country, saying international institutions were only asked to fulfill their legal responsibilities, while several countries independently expressed willingness to provide assistance.
