Iran has never sought nuclear weapons; the West should not create illusions for the world

Masoud Pezeshkian said, “Iran’s Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, since before I took office as Iran’s president, has officially stated that nuclear weapons have no place in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s doctrine.”
“We have declared this approach in all our dialogues and discussions with all parties at the United Nations. We also declare now that we are ready for them to examine all the centers they imagine have been built for making nuclear weapons.”
“We have no problem, but what the West is doing and the illusions it is creating for the world are unreal,” Pezeshkian said.
