Field Marshal Asim Munir, the Chief of Pakistan’s Army Staff, will travel to Tehran today.

Avash News: The visit is a continuation of dialogues and consultations with Tehran’s officials aimed at reducing regional escalation and contributing to a potential agreement between Iran and the United States.
Pakistan serves as a key mediator between the two countries and has hosted one round of negotiation between Iran and the US during the truce.
The US and Israel launched a war of choice on February 28, assassinating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and several senior military officials on the same day.
