In a meeting with senior judicial officials on Monday, Mohseni-Ejei, while hailing the steadfastness of Iranian people and military in confronting the enemies, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all those who have sacrificed their lives for the sake of beloved Iran.
“Our zealous and insightful people are still in the streets; our brave armed forces are still present in the field, with their hands on the trigger; our diplomats are also busy carrying out their duties as part of this united and interconnected complex,” the head of the judiciary expounded with pride.
Referring to the dimensions of the legal follow-up of US-Israeli crimes against the Iranian nation, Mohseni-Ejei stated that extraordinary measures are underway at the international level, in cooperation with the Foreign Ministry, to bring the perpetrators of those crimes to book.
He said that the judiciary, like the 12-day war, also took urgent and desirable measures through experts to assess the damages caused to people’s property and facilities, in order to come up with a comprehensive judicial document to facilitate the compensation process.
Referring to the cases of enemy mercenaries detained over the past couple of months, the judiciary chief noted that special measures had been adopted in accordance with the law to deal with elements collaborating with the aggressive regimes and those who supervised, participated in, and assisted in actions against the country’s security.
Elsewhere, the Chief Justice talked about the wartime coordination between the three branches of the government, saying the judiciary provided assistance to the executive agencies in various sectors, specifically, in the area of clearance of goods from border and port areas, in order to avoid disruption in the distribution of essential goods to the people.
