Avash News: “Unfortunately, once again false claims aimed at advancing worthless and despicable partisan interests, supported by some domestic pretenders and identified mercenaries abroad, resulted in a completely fabricated claim that was so baseless and ridiculous that we had no intention of responding to it at all,” the office of former Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a statement.
However, the abuse of the Israeli media in these painful days left us with no choice but to officially reject this shameful narrative.
Recently, Israel’s Channel 14 claimed that former Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif had made contacts with Reza Pahlavi, and then former Iranian President Hassan Rouhani was informed of these contacts.
The channel also claimed that both of them were arrested by the Islamic Republic’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Zarif’s office has denied these claims, saying that these false narratives have paved the way for the spread of false narratives by criminals like Netanyahu who seek to divide Iran, and whose sinister intentions have been revealed in articles by extremist American media outlets.
